CHATEAU GAIROIRD ROSE 2015
Pale salmon color, with silver highlights. The nose is blown, elegant, with notes of grapefruitwhite peach and strawberry.
The mouth is full and fine, ending with floral notes.
Drink as an aperitif and during the meal with a tuna tartar, crab fritter, sushi or salmon with rosemary, a creamy goat cheese, red fruits salad… 
Serve at 12° C./54°F.. Enjoy within 18 months.

CHATEAU GAIROIRD RED 2015
Purple color. Nose of red fruits, beautiful complexity.
The palate is round and melted with silky smooth tannins. Moderate strenght, this wine is made for immediate pleasure. A great success.
Drink as an aperitif - slightly chilled in summer - then with pretty smoked duck breast, grilled spareribs, a beef cheek stew or "sardines à l'escabèche", pears in wine. Serve at 16-18°C./ 61-65°F.. Enjoy right now and within two years.

CHATEAU GAIROIRD WHITE 2015
Yellow color with green and brilliant hues. The nose is generous, fresh, floral (acacia), fruity (pear, apple, pineapple) and lemony.
The mouth is ample, rich, with beautiful aromas and supported by a light acidity.
Serve at 12 ° C./54°F. cold but not chilled, as an aperitif and then with prawns, a seafood platter, grilled fish and a dry goat cheese.
Enjoy its freshness within 18 months.
